The exact balance of these pure components is the key to our success. MOES is available in three concentrations tailored to your experience level: Beginner, Advanced, and Guru. The difference lies in the potency of the solution. New users should start with the Beginner formula and gradually progress over time to the Guru level. Directions for Use: Dissolve the contents of one Magic Pack into a 30-gallon bathtub filled with hot water (100°F–102°F). Immerse yourself and soak for 30–40 minutes. DO NOT shower immediately after your bath. Instead, wrap yourself in a warm bathrobe or blanket for an additional 30 minutes. Sweating during this time is an excellent sign of ongoing detoxification. During or after this process, drink at least 1 liter of pure drinking water (we recommend squeezing half a lemon and/or adding two tablespoons of honey to the water). Once the sweating phase is complete, take a warm shower and rest overnight. Avoid drinking water after 9:00 PM.
The Routine: The Beginner course consists of 5 sessions, taken every other day, followed by a break of at least one week. Sustained, long-term results can be expected after completing three full cycles.
